AGILE METHODOLOGY
Iterative cycles, measurable sprints and a dynamic roadmap: the project evolves with the client, not against change.
Not a rigid plan.
A system
that adapts.
At Cocce the planned activities, as well as the project objectives and priorities, are managed according to an Agile approach, based on iterative and incremental cycles.
Each phase is organised into sprints: at the end of each one, the results achieved are shared with the client, feedback is collected and operational priorities are redefined. This working model enables flexible and collaborative management, able to adapt quickly to changes and to new requirements that emerge during the work.
The project roadmap is not rigid but dynamic, and is continuously updated based on the progress of the project and the agreements with the client at each iteration. This approach guarantees a controlled and constant evolution of the system, with a clear view of short-term objectives and the ability to effectively recalibrate time, resources and features according to real priorities.
Agile: what it really means
From the 2001 Agile Manifesto: individuals and interactions, working software, customer collaboration, responding to change.
01
Iterative and incremental
The product grows in small working steps, not in a single final delivery. Every increment is testable, measurable and already usable.
02
Sprints and feedback
Work organised into fixed-length sprints. At the end of each sprint: demo of the results, feedback collection and redefinition of priorities with the client.
03
Dynamic roadmap
No plan set in stone: the roadmap is updated at every iteration based on real progress, data and agreements with the client.
04
Continuous collaboration
The client is part of the team, not a spectator: shared priorities, clear short-term objectives and decisions based on facts, not assumptions.
How we apply it at Cocce
Our sprint cycle, from planning to continuous improvement.
.01
SPRINT PLANNING
Together with the client we define the objectives, activities and priorities of the sprint based on the dynamic roadmap and the real requirements that have emerged. A clear short-term vision, no vague long-term promises.
.02
EXECUTION AND SHARING
We develop the increment collaboratively, with visible progress and continuous dialogue. No "black box effect": the client sees the system grow sprint after sprint.
.03
REVIEW AND FEEDBACK
At the end of the sprint we present the results achieved, collect structured feedback and check the gap against the objectives. What works stays, what does not work is corrected immediately.
.04
RECALIBRATION AND ROADMAP
We redefine operational priorities and update the roadmap: time, resources and features are recalibrated according to real priorities. The system evolves in a controlled and constant way, without shocks.
Why it benefits your project
-
Rapid adaptation to changeNew requirements, constraints or opportunities that emerge during the work are absorbed in the next sprint, without disrupting the project.
-
Reduced risk, earlier valueFrequent, working deliveries: value arrives early and errors are discovered when they cost little, not at the end of the project.
-
Control over time, resources and featuresAt every iteration you can recalibrate the budget and scope according to real priorities, with a clear view of short-term objectives.
-
Transparency and collaborationShared results, collected feedback and decisions taken together: no final surprises, only constant and measurable evolution.
